Job Title: Strategic Financial Analyst

As a highly skilled and knowledgeable financial professional, you will play a key role in supporting our organization's finance team. Your expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning will enable you to design, build, and maintain complex financial models, dashboards, and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic financial planning initiatives to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Design and deploy automated reporting solutions to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data by managing integrations with Workday and other systems.
Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning (implementation or administration experience strongly preferred).
  • Proven track record of delivering successful financial projects and initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Technical Skills:
  • Expert-level proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Word.
  • Strong understanding of accounting systems and ERP software.
  • Automation tools and techniques to optimize financial processes.
Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
