Business Intelligence Analyst Position

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to join our organization. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and analyze data to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate should possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, along with a strong understanding of databases and business intelligence tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain business intelligence reports utilizing Excel, Google Sheets, and other reporting tools.
  • Analyze complex data sets to generate meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Create dashboards and data visualizations to present key findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with departments to understand data requirements and improve data quality.
  • Identify trends and opportunities for process improvements based on data analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of database management systems (SQL knowledge is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in relevant business intelligence or data analysis fields.
  • Experience with ERP systems and CRM systems.
