Micro Entrepreneurship Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to serve as an Individual Contributor (IC) within our micro-entrepreneurship vertical.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage critical stakeholders such as SMEs, FPOs, E-commerce sellers, Kirana Stores, and Travel SMEs.
  • Create relevant training content that equips SMEs with essential micro-entrepreneurship skills.
  • Drive business growth to create jobs.
Deliverables
  1. Stakeholder & Client Engagement:
  2. Ensure high engagement with diverse clients and partners.
  3. Drive exceptional engagement of beneficiaries with the programs specifically designed for micro-entrepreneurs.
  4. Strategy Execution & Value Maximization:
  5. Execute beneficiary success strategies that effectively drive program adoption and maximize value for all participants.
  6. Gather valuable client/partner feedback and communicate product improvement suggestions.
  7. Act as a strong advocate for the customer within the organization.
  8. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
  9. Meticulously monitor engagement metrics, track success KPIs, and report on outcomes to leadership.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Account Management as an IC, preferably with 8-12 years in e-commerce or AgriTech industries.
  • Demonstrated experience and comfort in dealing with government officials/organizations and SMEs/Sellers/Kirana Stores/Travel SMEs/FPOs.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication abilities.

This role requires a deep understanding of SME requirements in key sectors like Agri, E-commerce, and Travel.
