Senior ServiceNow Developer and Analyst

A seasoned professional is required to spearhead solutions independently, leveraging extensive experience in IT service management and configuration management database. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow products, client-side and server-side JavaScript, and ServiceNow APIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement custom applications on the ServiceNow platform, utilizing knowledge of schema extension and scoped application implementation.
  • Manage medium to complex workflows and flows, ensuring efficient system integration and automation.
  • Design and develop Service Portals, utilizing scripting skills in AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, and REST.
  • Collaborate with project managers to deliver projects for implementation and enhancements, while taking on a solution architect role.
Requirements
  • General development experience with proficiency in JavaScript, relational databases, and web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, and REST/SOAP.
  • Experience working with ServiceNow platform and products, including scripted Web-Services and integration with other applications.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator, ITSM preferred or any other Implementation Specialist. Preferred certifications: Certified Application Developer, ITIL Certification, Micro-certifications in Automated Test Framework, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Agile Test.
