
Business Growth Representative

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Business Growth Representative to join our team. As a Business Growth Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential customers.
About the Role:
- You will provide solutions and options for every potential customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
- You will source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- You will create, maintain and expand database of prospects in the total addressable market in the assigned region.
- You will research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- You will understand customer needs and requirements.
- You will route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- You will set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Sales Executives.
- A graduate with 3-10 years of work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach (LinkedIn and Other professional platforms).
- Experience working with a CRM.
- Fair understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
