Job Title:
Sales Operations Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a sales operations manager. The sales operations manager will oversee daily sales operations, manage a team of sales representatives, develop and implement sales strategies, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the overall sales strategy and operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Set sales targets, forecast revenue, and monitor performance KPIs.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to develop strategic plans.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
