The Service Inside Sales Representative Role is crucial in driving improvement in service contract business, including timeliness of renewals, warranty conversion, and selling new services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a point of contact to customers, sales engineers, District Managers, and other internal functions, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Direct sales of contracts, including pricing and proposals, leveraging strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
  • Work closely with Service Management to identify opportunities, provide leads, and add service agreements, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, listening, and business acumen skills.
  • A team player mentality, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support.
  • Strong PC skills, Microsoft Office skills - specifically Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, to effectively analyze data and present findings.
  • A flair for selling, especially remote selling, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • A self-starter mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and a willingness to take calculated risks.
