As a Client Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and at least 12 months of experience in sales or a related field. They should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
The following are some of the key responsibilities of this role:
- To generate leads from existing databases and identify decision-makers within targeted accounts.
- To penetrate all targeted accounts and originate sales opportunities for the company's products and services.
- To set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations on a daily basis.
- To ensure systematic follow-up with client organizations to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure.
- To serve as an interface between customers and internal support teams to ensure that customers receive the best possible service from the company.
- To collect payments as per the company's payment terms and ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements.

• Bachelor's degree (at least 12-month experience)
• 60% in 10th & 12th
• MBA (at least 6-month experience)
• Experienced candidates can also apply
• Should have laptop/internet/android
• Should have own vehicle (DL/RC)
