- Understand client needs and challenges to identify areas where our solutions can create the most significant impact.
- Nurture prospects who express interest, ensuring consistent follow-ups and helping them progress through the engagement journey.
- Work closely with the internal team to share insights, pass on qualified opportunities, and ensure a seamless handover for deeper engagement.
Achieve and exceed outreach and engagement milestones, including scheduled meetings and generated leads.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in business development or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage meaningfully with clients.
- Driven, goal-oriented, and self-motivated, with a strong desire to contribute to business growth.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, milestone-driven environment.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and enthusiasm for building long-term relationships.
Familiarity with sales cycles and collaborating with teams to achieve business objectives.
Previous experience in business development, lead generation, or opportunity creation.
