**Job Title:** Senior Associate - Deals Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Associate to join our Deals team. As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. You will assist clients in navigating complex transactions and maximizing value in their business deals.

Your primary responsibilities will include conducting valuations, financial analysis, and developing strategies for post-merger integration. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to address these needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading client discussions and proposal creation efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. A background in management consulting or a related field is preferred, along with an MBA from a Tier 1 institute. Your expertise in commercial due diligence and deal risk/upsides analysis is also highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Guide and develop junior team members in preparing analysis plans and conducting research
  2. Take ownership of key strategic and financial analyses, including market sizing, competitive benchmarking, business plan testing, financial modelling, and deal risk/upside analysis
  3. Lead client discussions and proposal creation efforts

  • Impeccable oral and written communication skills
  • Keen and equal interest in strategy and finance
  • Willingness and ability to frequently work under tight timelines and pressure
  • Ability to work well in teams with a diverse set of colleagues

Years of Experience Required: 3-5 years of management consulting experience

Education Qualification: MBA from a Tier 1 institute
