Job Description

We are seeking a diligent Property Investment Analyst to join our team.

This is a challenging, full-time remote role where your analysis will directly impact investment decisions. You will be responsible for reviewing deals, calculating returns, checking refurbishment estimates, and deciding whether deals are viable.

The ideal candidate will take pride in accuracy, logic, and constant improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing residential and commercial property deals
  • Reviewing floorplans, EPCs, comparables, agent documents, and other key information
  • Calculating key figures: ROI, yield, refurb costs, profit, GDV
  • Using and maintaining our deal analysis spreadsheet tools
  • Producing written deal summaries with go/no-go recommendations
  • Triple-checking every detail before submitting work
  • Taking ownership of your analysis — your calls matter
  • Listening to feedback and improving with every deal you review
  • Updating deals in CRM / deal tracker systems accurately

The successful candidate will have:

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Experience in property, finance, or detailed analysis work
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Meticulous approach to work
  • Able to handle important decisions under pressure
  • Strong integrity — you're careful because the numbers matter
