Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead project management activities for a Workday HCM project.

This role requires in-depth knowledge and understanding of the HCM modules, as well as awareness of integrations and coordination with multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with clients to understand strategies, challenges, and goals
  • Exude strong executive presence, demonstrate polished demeanor and superior communication skills to effectively manage pre-sales, project execution in complex environments
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge and deep expertise in designing solutions for an industry (Financial, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, Insurance, etc.)
  • End-to-end management and coordination of the project, with responsibility for successful completion
  • Craft and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
  • Understanding of Workday integration execution/launch parameters
  • Workday integrations development experience
  • Project management experience for ERP projects
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • BE/MBA/M.Tech degree
  • Workday Payroll, Studio Integration, PICOF, PECI knowledge is mandatory
  • Workday Advanced, Matrix, BIRT Reports
