Reviewing sales and catering guest satisfaction results helps identify areas for improvement.

Providing exceptional customer service requires displaying leadership in guest hospitality, exemplifying customer service standards, and empowering employees to provide excellent customer service.

Built-in relationship management involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, as well as working with off-property sales channels to ensure the property's needs are met.
