As a seasoned retail leader, we are seeking an experienced Store Manager to spearhead the operations of our flagship store in Bombay. This is a unique opportunity to join a prestigious shoemaker dedicated to craftsmanship and premium customer service.
\The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences that embody our brand values.
\Key Responsibilities:\- Leadership & Team Management:\
- Recruit, train, and mentor store staff to achieve exceptional results.\
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer-first service.\
- Set and track performance goals for the team to drive success.
- Customer Experience:\
- Ensure every customer receives personalized service that exceeds their expectations.\
- Resolve escalations with professionalism and empathy.\
- Build long-term relationships with clients and repeat customers.
- Sales & Growth:\
- Drive sales performance and consistently achieve store targets.\
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies for improvement.\
- Support and execute in-store events, launches, and brand activations.
- Operations & Inventory:\
- Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and quality.\
- Oversee inventory, stock levels, and replenishments.\
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on sales, customer insights, and operations.
- Visual Merchandising & Brand Identity:\
- Maintain our premium retail standards in displays and presentation.\
- Ensure the store reflects craftsmanship, timeless design, and attention to detail.
- 6+ years of experience as a Store Manager, preferably in luxury/fashion/footwear.\
- Proven success in leading teams and achieving sales targets.\
- Strong people management, communication, and problem-solving skills.\
- Passion for artisanal products, craftsmanship, and premium customer service.\
- Proficiency with POS and inventory management systems.\
- Fluent in English; Hindi/Marathi.\
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic retail setup.
