Electronics Manufacturing Director Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Electronics Manufacturing Director to lead our production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the electronics manufacturing industry, preferably in defense, space, and aerospace sectors.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the production of high-reliability electronic modules and custom-built hybrid integrated circuits for space and defense customers.
  • Coordinate all export sales directly and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve quality, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and business excellence.
Requirements
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, preferably in defense, space, and aerospace sectors.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and train teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with effective presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Able to analyze complex situations and possess strong problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience in production processes and competent in managing large teams.
