Factory Operations Director

Our manufacturing facility is seeking a seasoned Factory Operations Director to oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and productivity.

  • A background in machinery manufacturing, metal-oriented product manufacturing, or similar industries is highly desired.
  • The ideal candidate will have a track record of career longevity and be able to mentor and build high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations to achieve optimal results.
  • Develop production plans, schedules, and budgets to meet output targets.
  • Lead, train, and supervise production staff across all facility departments.
  • Conduct inspections to monitor staff performance, machinery condition, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with quality control teams to enforce quality assurance protocols.
  • Maintain equipment and machinery to minimize downtime.
  • Implement and monitor safety policies to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for raw material supply and delivery of finished goods.
  • Prepare and present regular production performance reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years managerial experience in a factory setting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Knowledge of production management, maintenance protocols, quality standards, and safety systems.
