Job Title: Customer Complaint Resolution Specialist

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5-9 years of experience in customer service or complaint resolution.
- Strong working knowledge of regulatory requirements related to consumer protection.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
