Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. The ideal candidate will handle customer care calls, resolve queries, process orders from e-commerce platforms, and ensure excellent post-sales support.
Main Responsibilities:- Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls: Answer customer inquiries, address complaints, and provide solutions in a professional and polite manner.
- Process Orders: Manage customer orders via e-commerce platforms, track order status, shipping details, and returns/refunds where applicable.
- Maintain Customer Records: Record customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to improve customer service processes.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Minimum 1 Year of Experience: In customer care / call handling with a focus on e-commerce platforms.
- E-commerce Platforms: Familiarity with Shopify or similar platforms is required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-first approach are necessary.
- Basic Computer Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office, email, and CRM tools is required.
