    As a leader in software engineering, we are seeking an experienced Vice President to spearhead our platform engineering strategy and drive global R&D roadmap initiatives. This key role will oversee the development and operations of a scalable, reliable SaaS platform.

    Our ideal candidate possesses 20+ years of experience in software engineering, with 15+ years in SaaS platform/product development. Proven leadership managing teams of 100+ engineers across diverse skill sets is essential.

    Key responsibilities include defining and executing platform engineering strategy aligned with product and business goals, building and mentoring a high-performing engineering team, and making technical decisions balancing engineering, business, and customer needs.

    This opportunity requires expertise in cloud-native architectures, containers, APIs, Infrastructure-as-Code, and serverless computing, as well as strong understanding of software and infrastructure cost management.

    The successful candidate will have experience coaching, mentoring, and building engineering talent pipelines, with a strong track record of driving continuous improvement in performance, scalability, stability, and security.

    To excel in this role, you should be a skilled leader with excellent technical skills, including Java, .NET, AWS, RedHat, ETL tools, front-end technologies, and familiarity with Github Copilot and Jira.
