Lead Technology and Data Science Operations

Description

We are seeking a full-time Head of Technology & Data Science with managerial responsibilities to provide strategic leadership for our India technology and data science operations.

The ideal candidate will lead teams of software engineering staff, data scientists, and other technical staff involved in the development of clinically relevant, AI-enabled enterprise-level health analytics and risk management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development of AI and NLP-based analytics products with an end-user clinical and care management perspective.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of full-stack software solutions for health risk, clinical summarization, and health equity analytics.
  • Develop and implement project management tools and processes that contribute to optimal team performance and results.
  • Encourage continuous innovation and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Guide the team's ability to transform ideas from high-level business problem statements to practical data- and AI-driven health analytics.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in running and leading internal resources posted in different geographies and time zones.
  • At least 10+ years of software engineering experience including maintaining/operating at least one software product for 2+ years.
  • Extensive team building and leadership experience and excellent communication skills in English.

Required Skills:

  • Strong executive presence and ability to interface effectively with leadership.
  • Degree in computer science or another relevant field.
  • Strong software security focus and mindset.
  • Ability to manage and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
