Main Objectives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build AI models for forecasting, optimization, and predictive maintenance.
  • Oversee the full AI product lifecycle, including collaboration with data scientists and engineers.

Team Management & Collaboration

  • Lead the performance and career development of AI Engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of emerging technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in AI, Data Science, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in the energy domain with AI implementation experience.
  • Experience with AI in renewable energy, with a proven track record in product development.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with expertise in cloud platforms and AI frameworks.
