Job Title:

A Technical Operations Specialist is required to lead the certification and compliance process for Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS). This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including product management, testing, and external laboratories.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop requirement proposals and execution plans, along with timeline requirements.
  • Study and understand regulatory documents, generate test requirements, and obtain agreements with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, test executions, audits, and cooperation with certification bodies for timely releases of products.
  • Communicate effectively with certification bodies, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance.
  • Plan and execute internal audits to identify and mitigate compliance risks, and implement mitigation measures with respective departments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in technical compliance, with at least 5 years in the UAS industry.
  • Exceptional understanding and hands-on experience working with regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven experience with product testing, process analysis, and certification activities.
