Job Title: Technical Operations Specialist

In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of our cloud-based platform. Key responsibilities include analyzing workflows, defining KPIs, and building dashboards for data-driven decision-making. You will also assist with infrastructure monitoring, capacity planning, and resiliency initiatives.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and cloud operations. A Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, or a related field is required, along with 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, BI, and cloud operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong SQL and Python/R skills, as well as hands-on experience with AWS cloud and FinOps practices. Knowledge of Power BI/QuickSight or similar visualization tools is also preferred. Experience with IaC/CI-CD and AWS certifications is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze workflows and define KPIs to drive process improvement and cost efficiency.
  • Build dashboards for data-driven decision-making using data visualization tools.
  • Assist with infrastructure monitoring, capacity planning, and resiliency initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years' experience in data analysis, BI, and cloud operations.
