About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our customers by providing expert technical assistance and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Pre-sales Operations: Support demo, Roadshow, and Site inspection activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and troubleshoot Konica Minolta Production printers along with related software and hardware.
  • Maintenance and Support: Maintain required site kits to minimize downtime and provide Key Operator Training to users.
  • Service Deliverables: Ensure timely completion of installation projects within committed time frames.
  • Inventory Management: Implement volume growth initiatives and manage inventory levels to maximize revenue.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Foster strong relationships with customers to deliver exceptional service and support.
  • Travel Requirements: Be prepared to travel extensively to support customers as per business needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong Technical Background: Excellent knowledge of Konica Minolta Production printers and related software and hardware.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • 24/7 Availability: Willingness to work in a 24x7 environment as per business needs.
