We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements:

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
