Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in technical support or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

  • Experience working with telephony systems, ticketing platforms, and knowledge bases.
  • Knowledge of hardware and networking troubleshooting.
