Job Title:

Technical Support Manager

Job Summary:
  • Lead a team of technical support specialists to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Develop and implement service delivery best practices to ensure high-quality support services.
  • Manage 24/7 service availability and performance metrics to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire request, incident, and problem management lifecycle.
  • Train, coach, and mentor technical support specialists to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive technical support knowledge base to facilitate easy access to information.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with organizational requirements.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and counseling to employees to drive personal growth.
  • Ensure seamless communication of outage/emergency activities to the organization.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical discipline with expertise in servers, desktop O.S., networking, Windows AD, Domain controller, PC/Laptop/Server Hardware, Tablets, software applications, server maintenance, etc.
  • At least 15 years of total IT experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Helpdesk/Service Desk management in an Enterprise environment.
  • Strong leadership capability, deep IT/PC troubleshooting knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
