Job Title: Solutions Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to drive revenue growth by supporting pre-sales activities and developing innovative solutions for global clients. In this role, you will be a key player in delivering compelling solution proposals, conducting thorough needs analysis, and providing excellent customer service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Pre-Sales Support:
    • Partner with sales teams to understand client requirements and business challenges.
    • Conduct thorough needs analysis and translate client requirements into compelling solution proposals.
    • Deliver engaging solution demonstrations and presentations to both technical and business audiences.
    • Respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposal) and RFIs (Requests for Information) with high-quality, tailored responses.
  • Solution Development:
    • Design and architect innovative solutions that address specific client needs and align with their strategic objectives.
    • Build a compelling solution pitch for internal and external audiences with the right go-to-market strategy.
  • Market Expertise:
    • Maintain a deep understanding of the global ISV landscape, including latest technology trends and key regulatory requirements.
    • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of competitors and their offerings.
    • Contribute to thought leadership activities, such as PoV, white papers, blog posts, or conference presentations.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with sales, product management, consulting, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and effective go-to-market strategy.
    • Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Masters/MBA degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of overall experience with significant exposure to pre-sales, solutions consulting, or related roles within the IT services and products industry.
  • Good understanding of ISV landscape, PE/VC value creation, and product engineering services.
  • Proven capability in consulting or program management for large-scale product engineering or digital transformation programs is desirable.
  • Good understanding of GenAI and Cloud computing is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
