Job Title : Technical Operations Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Operations Lead to manage our IT systems, lead vendor coordination, and oversee the operations of key digital platforms. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, operations-focused, and proactive in identifying and resolving technical challenges.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and support for Microsoft 365 tools such as Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune. Additionally, they will oversee Zoho Creator (or Odoo) development scripting, workflows, data models, and automation.

  • Manage IT systems and infrastructure
  • Lead vendor coordination and partnerships
  • Oversight of key digital platforms
Key ResponsibilitiesIT & Systems Oversight
  • Manage day-to-day operations and support for Microsoft 365 tools: Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune
  • Oversee Zoho Creator (or Odoo) development scripting, workflows, data models, and automation
Web & Interface Management
  • Handle WordPress site administration and configurations
  • Use HTML, CSS, JavaScript to tweak front-end interfaces and automate UI workflows
Operational Leadership
  • Lead and mentor a small technical operations team
  • Manage relationships with vendors and third-party service providers
  • Ensure adherence to IT security policies and compliance requirements
