Desktop Support Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to client support requests in a timely and professional manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to client support requests via phone, email, or remote connection.
  • Investigating and resolving hardware and software issues in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Traveling to client locations or connecting remotely to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Providing training and guidance on computer operation and management as needed.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Proven work experience as a desktop support specialist or equivalent.
  • Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems, chipsets, memory modules, and peripherals.
  • Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
