Senior Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional with a proven track record in driving revenue growth and scaling sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic lead generation programs to drive expected conversions, build strong client relationships, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients and prospects via online and offline modes to pitch our influencer marketing services.
  • Reach out to CXOs and decision-makers to foster business development and identify new revenue streams.
  • Utilize platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Products to generate leads and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Monitor data and reports to track qualified opportunities and existing campaigns, providing feedback to cross-functional teams to improve operations and client relationships.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development/sales within an agency or media industry.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting revenue goals and building effective relationships.
