Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee professional services to ensure they align with established standards and guidelines.
  • Monitor progress of professional services and site implementations to guarantee timely and successful outcomes. Provide direction and guidance to staff members.
  • Act as an escalation point for issues within other departments and client concerns. Escalate issues to upper management when necessary.
  • Regularly follow up with clients to verify that our service offerings meet their expectations.
  • Exhibit exceptional client service by identifying areas of poor client service or dissatisfaction and taking corrective action.
  • Maintain accurate client training materials and make them readily available.
  • Provide ongoing development, feedback, coaching, and mentoring to the professional services team.
  • Offer tactical leadership and support to regional consultants and assist in planning and implementation.
  • Ensure a 25% billability rate annually.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Mentor consultants to enhance their skills and promote consistency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and update internal and external documents supporting implementation.
  • Establish and implement best practices leading to efficient solution implementation, primarily for the implementation consulting role but also in coordination with other business units as needed.
  • Anticipate future resource requirements and contribute to the hiring process.
  • Assist with client projects where consultant issues have been escalated to management.

Required Experience:

  • At least 12 years of experience in consultancy and/or project management with a proven track record of working in various customer-facing situations for either a consultancy company or a software and services company.
