Job Title: Cloud Service Delivery Lead

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Service Delivery Lead to manage the delivery of our cloud-based services. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT service management and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective service management strategies to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-based services, including infrastructure, platform, and software as a service.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Monitor and report on service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key vendors and partners.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT service management, with a focus on cloud-based services.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cloud computing certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • ITIL foundation certification.
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies.
