Job Title: Service Delivery Expert

Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the delivery of high-quality solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and support applications and platforms with 7+ years of experience.
  • Develop and administer ServiceNow with 2+ years of experience.
  • Apply DevOps concepts, tools (containers, CI/CD - Github, Jenkins, Artifactory, Helm), Chef, Ansible, Puppet, etc. with 7+ years of experience.
  • Architect and implement fully automated, secure, reliable, scalable, and resilient hybrid-cloud solutions with 3 years of experience.
  • Have hands-on exposure and a solid understanding of Kubernetes and microservices architecture.
  • Understand SDLC deeply.
  • Develop strong scripting skills in JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell.
  • Develop SQL and/or NoSQL databases, including MySQL, AWS Aurora, MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra, Redshift, and AWS Dynamo, with 3-5 years of experience.
  • Write REST APIs in Java or NodeJS.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in designing, building, and supporting applications and platforms.
  • 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
  • 7+ years of experience in DevOps concepts, tools, and emerging technologies.
  • 3 years in architecting and implementing fully automated, secure, reliable, scalable, and resilient hybrid-cloud solutions.
  • Kubernetes and microservices architecture knowledge.
  • SDLC expertise.
  • JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell scripting skills.
  • 3-5 years of experience in developing SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
  • REST API writing skills in Java or NodeJS.
