Job Title: Solutions Delivery Expert

As a key member of our consulting group, you will deliver configurable solutions to end user customers and partners. You will be the subject matter expert in the configuration and customization of all products.

Key Responsibilities
  • You must be able to deliver solutions to customers based on requirements documents.
  • You will provide technical leadership to customers on the solution as configured to their requirements.
  • You will work closely with project managers to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
  • You will function as the subject matter expert and work independently in developing solutions per customer requirements.
  • You will document all customer-specific configurations.
  • You will install configurations in customer environments when not implementing cloud or SaaS solutions.
Required Skills
  • You must have strong written communication, clear verbal communication, and presentation skills to enable interactions with a global employee and customer base.
  • Multiple language skills are a plus.
  • You must have a consultative communications style, effective listening skills, and be able to work collaboratively with team members.
  • You must understand customer goals and objectives.
  • You must adhere to established work schedules and plans.
  • You must demonstrate attention to detail and strong listening skills, asking questions to clarify for understanding.
  • You must be able to develop and manage multiple projects and project teams simultaneously while remaining detail-oriented.
  • You must have strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving/troubleshooting skills.
  • You must have an understanding of software development, architecture, and customization.
  • You must have familiarity with Enterprise Application Services.
  • You must have SQL Server-based skills, including MS SQL Server architecture, design, and tuning.
  • You must have working knowledge of one of the following domains: AP, AR, Payroll, HR, etc., workflow, BPR, and/or SAP.
  • You must escalate support issues with appropriate internal resources when necessary.
  • You must transfer/share technical knowledge to other team members.
  • You must accurately and professionally document all work.
  • You must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio).
Qualifications
  • You must have experience with product products or equivalent products from both a functional and technical perspective.
