Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and enhance overall performance.
  • Provide Insights and Recommendations: Offer actionable insights and recommendations to optimize organizational effectiveness and drive business results.
  • Talent Management: Develop and implement end-to-end talent acquisition processes that reflect company culture and objectives.
  • Drive Succession Planning: Design and execute succession planning and career development initiatives to ensure business continuity.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor for employee concerns and conflict resolution, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Foster a Positive Work Culture: Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture that fosters collaboration and innovation.
  • Performance Management: Support managers in fair and consistent performance evaluations, ensuring accurate assessment and growth opportunities.
  • Implement Performance Improvement Plans: Develop and implement performance improvement plans and coaching programs to enhance employee growth and development.
  • Organizational Development: Assist in organizational change management and restructuring efforts to drive business transformation.
  • Facilitate Training Programs: Design and deliver training and skill enhancement programs to upskill employees and drive business success.
  • Data & Analytics: Leverage HR metrics to inform data-driven decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Prepare HR Reports: Develop and present comprehensive HR reports to senior leadership, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
