Job Title: Senior Rewards Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our Total Rewards strategy, driving business outcomes through data-driven insights and best-in-class compensation practices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute total rewards strategies aligned with organizational objectives, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
  • Lead workforce cost planning, ensuring transparency and efficiency in compensation structures.
  • Prioritize talent acquisition and development initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize headcount and productivity.
  • Design and implement compensation structures, leveraging market data and internal equity principles to drive competitiveness.
  • Analyze complex data sets, creating actionable dashboards and analytics to inform business decisions.
  • Partner with external experts to benchmark compensation, survey industry trends, and stay abreast of best practices.
  • Oversight of performance-linked bonus and salary revision cycles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with HRBP teams and leaders on C&B advisory, job evaluations, and compensation structuring for offers and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with reward governance policies and applicable regulations.

Key Qualifications:

  • 6–8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Rewards / HR Analytics.
  • Postgraduate degree in HR / MBA from a recognized institution.
  • Deep understanding of manpower planning, AOP, total rewards, C&B frameworks, and incentive design.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, HR dashboards, and compensation tools.
  • Experience handling large data sets, deriving insights, and presenting to senior leadership.
  • Able to work cross-functionally, manage multiple stakeholders, and maintain high attention to detail.
