
Strategic Total Rewards Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Strategic Total Rewards Director to lead and shape our compensation, benefits, and rewards strategy.

Key Responsibilities:- Compensation Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive global compensation framework and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and competitive market practices.
- Rewards Program Design: Oversee the creation and continuous improvement of differentiated rewards programs, including short-term incentives (STIPs), long-term incentives (LTIPs), and executive compensation.
- Job Architecture: Develop and implement a comprehensive job architecture model to ensure consistent and equitable job classifications, structures, and career progression paths across the organization.
- Global Compensation Benchmarking: Conduct global compensation benchmarking to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent in the IT services industry.
- Total Rewards Administration: Administer and manage global benefits programs, ensuring consistency and competitiveness across regions while aligning with employee needs and organizational goals.
- Compensation Planning and Budgeting: Provide detailed analytical support and insights for compensation planning, budgeting, and forecasting, including the preparation of costing models for compensation strategies.
- Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with senior leadership and HR teams to evaluate and recommend compensation solutions that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in total rewards, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful compensation and benefits programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
