Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective employee lifecycle strategies to foster growth and well-being.
  • Provide strategic guidance and direction to your team, ensuring seamless execution of HR initiatives.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with our customer base, serving as an interface between internal stakeholders and business operations leaders.
  • Drive continuous development of your team and integrate HR functions to achieve operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement long-term human resources strategies that drive business growth and employee engagement.
  • Partner with the senior leadership team to drive cultural change, aligning with organizational values.
  • Establish a culture of open communication, empowering employees to perform at their maximum potential.
  • Implement employee engagement programs and surveys to measure success.
  • Manage employee compensation, benefits, and reward programs in collaboration with HR teams.
  • Act as a mentor, coach, thought leader, and functional expert to senior management.
  • Develop and implement consistent HR management and development strategies.

Profile & Experience:

  • Must have industry experience.
  • 12+ years of relevant HRBP experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead teams in fast-moving environments.
  • Must be well-versed in HR generalist responsibilities.
  • MBA/PG degree (preferred).
