Job Description:

We seek an experienced and skilled Financial Planning & Analysis professional to lead the development of strategic financial plans, forecasts, and budgets.

This role involves partnering with senior leadership to shape the company's financial strategy and drive data-driven decision making across the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, as well as a proven track record in strategic financial planning and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Provide actionable insights and trend analysis to senior leadership for informed decision making.
  • Oversee preparation and presentation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business initiatives, investments, and cost optimization.
  • Implement and enhance financial modeling, planning tools, and processes for greater efficiency.
  • Monitor KPIs and develop dashboards to track financial and operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • CA/MBA (Fin)
  • Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Proven track record in strategic financial planning and team leadership.
  • Experience in high-growth or startup environments and, ideally, in manufacturing.
  • Strong record of driving process improvements in FP&A.
