We are seeking a talented Corporate Finance Associate to join our dynamic team.


The successful candidate will be responsible for:


• Executing sell-side and buy-side M&A projects, financing and fundraising initiatives.


• Collaborating with senior colleagues to develop pitch documents, pricing/valuation papers, marketing materials, management presentations, and transaction structuring strategies.


• Providing exceptional support to the project lead in the daily execution of all aspects of M&A projects.


Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A/investment banking, transaction advisory or consulting services.

• MBA Finance or Chartered Accountant (CA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) with a solid academic record.

• Strong understanding of financial statements and their interlinkages.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Fluency in written and verbal communication skills – English and German (mandatory).

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (specifically, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint).

• Proficiency in using research databases such as S&P Capital IQ, MergerMarket, Pitchbook, Fame, Orbis, among others.
