Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized CORPORATE COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting internal and external audits, assessing internal controls, risk management processes, and operational procedures.

  • Conduct thorough audits in accordance with company guidelines across multiple departments and functions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing internal controls, identify weaknesses or irregularities, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed audit reports with findings, analysis, and recommendations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CA, or CIA certification preferred).
  • At least 9-10 years of experience in auditing or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of auditing processes, accounting software, and MS Excel.
  • Effective report-writing and communication skills.
