Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and industry standards. They will oversee state-wise compliance requirements and filings across locations, conduct onboarding checks for statutory forms and declarations, and address employee queries related to provident fund (PF) and other benefits.

The Compliance Specialist will also ensure real-time tracking and closure of compliance deliverables using our compliance tracking system, interpret and implement HR compliance guidelines issued by regulatory bodies, and maintain awareness of new and changing regulatory mandates affecting HR operations and workforce governance.

Additionally, the successful candidate will ensure documentation and records are maintained as per requirements, maintain statutory registers, compliance folders, and inspection records, coordinate and support internal and external audits, and handle labor inspections and respond to regulatory notices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, or a related field;
  • Additional certification in labor law or statutory compliance is desirable;
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR compliance, preferably in a regulated industry;
  • Hands-on experience managing compliance audits, inspections, and liaising with regulatory authorities;
  • Strong knowledge of central and state labor laws and statutory regulations;
  • Familiarity with sector-specific compliance (IRDAI, RBI, SEBI);
  • Ability to manage multi-state compliance complexity;
  • Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and audit readiness;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Proficient in using compliance tracking tools, HRMS, and Microsoft Office.
