We are seeking a skilled corporate HR professional to drive seamless HR operations, focusing on attendance management, payroll processing, leave administration, and offer rollouts while ensuring compliance with policies and statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Employee Attendance: Monitor employee attendance records, ensuring accuracy in timesheets and minimizing absenteeism.
- Process Payroll: Administer and process monthly payroll, including statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS) and benefits.
- Maintain Leave Management Systems: Update leave management systems, ensuring fair and consistent policy implementation and minimizing conflicts.
