We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional with strong experience in SEC reporting and US GAAP technical accounting. The ideal candidate will lead the preparation and filing of 10-K and 10-Q reports, manage end-to-end US GAAP accounting and reporting processes, and drive multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation and filing of SEC reports (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, etc.)">
  • Manage end-to-end US GAAP accounting and reporting processes">
  • Research and implement complex technical accounting standards">
  • Review financial statements and disclosures for accuracy and compliance">
  • Drive multiple US GAAP accounting and reporting projects for experienced professionals">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • 6+ years of experience in SEC reporting and US GAAP accounting">
  • Hands-on experience with 10-K and 10-Q preparation and filing">
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP technical accounting guidance (ASC)">
  • Experience managing client-facing accounting/reporting projects">
  • CPA or CA preferred">
  • Knowledge of SEC and PCAOB audit regulation">
  • Preferred working experience in Workiva (not mandatory but preferred)">
