Job Title: Lead BU-KAM Collaboration

At Dr Reddy's Laboratories Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our BU-KAM Collaboration efforts. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving strategic account growth and collaboration between our Business Units and Key Account Management teams.

Responsibilities:
  1. Joint Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual targets for strategic accounts, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  2. Tracking and Visibility: Implement a dynamic dashboard to provide real-time visibility into sales performance and key engagement activities.
  3. Governance: Drive effective communication and alignment across teams, ensuring adherence to engagement plans and identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and dashboard development.
  • Understanding of governance structures and processes within a corporate setting.
