We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Client Engagement: Identifying new business opportunities and introducing products or services to potential clients.
- Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
- Sales Presentations: Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiation & Closing: Leading negotiations and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
- Market Research: Staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Crm Management: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar client-facing role.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
