- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the building materials sector.
- B uild and maintain robust relationships with architects, builders, contractors, consultants, and channel partners.
- Achieve sales targets through strategic territory planning and client acquisition.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making.
- Conduct client presentations, product demos, and site visits as required.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of business with clients and channel partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales/business development within the building materials or construction-related industry.
