Senior Brand Development Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to manage our brand's strategic growth and development.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the Luxury & design industry and its products and services, and the ability to create a strong positive perception of the brand.

The role involves direct interaction with clients, associates, and the industry to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate sales.

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase brand visibility and credibility.
  • Handle client feedback & grievances professionally and drive solutions to the issues when necessary.
  • Proactive sales, cross-selling & servicing through telephone, email, and on-appointment & virtual meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements and contribute to the overall growth & development of the Brand.

Career progression for a Brand Advisor typically involves a series of roles with increasing responsibility, leadership, and specialization.

Qualifications include a Graduate/ Postgraduate in Luxury Management/Marketing or MBA in marketing or communications from a reputed institute, preferably with 7+ years experience in the Retail Luxury/Hospitality/ Interior Industry.
