Client Service and Support Specialist

SAP is seeking a Client Service and Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients.
As a Client Service and Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for clients needing assistance with our products and services. You will provide timely and effective solutions to client issues, ensuring their satisfaction and building strong relationships with them.
Key Responsibilities- Manage relationships with clients through regular touch bases, case management, and calls, responding to emails within 24-48 hours.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Executive Leadership, Account Managers, and Web Services, to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and investigations to provide short-term and long-term resolutions to client issues, working closely with Support and Product Development Teams as needed.
- Engage in process and product development activities, such as Weekly Team Huddles and Project initiation/facilitation, to improve internal and external processes and enhance client experiences.
- Pursue continuous learning and development through available eLearning options, both mandatory and optional.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical and listening skills.
- Strong data entry and typing skills.
- Proficiency in operating computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
- Ability to work well in a production team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
- Capacity to resolve conflicts with minimal supervision.
