Role Overview:- The Customer Experience intern will track and manage customer experience including proactive communication through calls surveys and WhatsApp
- Work cross-departmental and on cross-functional projects to improve customer purchase and delivery experience
- Have good problem solving skills to be able to answer customer queries and tune into the customer's voice
- Savvy with data management and churn insights from complex customer data
We are looking for someone who has a customer-first attitude empathy patience and a passion for helping others The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills fluency in English problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
